Once you have purchased your property there are many areas in which we can continue to be of service to you. We can help co-ordinate your removals for you by working with local firms to ensure your belongings arrive at their intended destination and check that all is secure and in order.

It is likely that you will need some refurbishment or finishing work to your new place and we can help you as much as you like from simple home maintenance projects to offering complete home design and furnishing solutions. Whatever your project needs we can manage the process for you by recommending, coordinating and supervising a team of trusted contractors and suppliers on your behalf, and reporting back to you at every stage.

If your place is going to remain unoccupied for extended periods of time you may consider getting someone to manage your property whilst you are away. We also provide property management services as required.
